2)      What does SharePoint change?

-          When using SharePoint how does it change how I work?

-          What are the technologies involved with SharePoint (example PowerApps, PowerBI, Power Automate, etc.)?

3)      What are the best practices for using SharePoint?

-          How to plan for migrating to SharePoint?

-          What are the key features?

-          What are the basic fundamentals that are needed?

4)      What will the future bring for SharePoint?

-          How communities will be developed?

SharePoint Confidence

The following are some key and core items for SharePoint confidence:

1)      Have conviction – as a SharePoint evangelist, have to have a solid confidence in yourself and your role within the SharePoint ecosystem.

4)      Have strength – When working with SharePoint – one can’t learn and do everything – therefore, it’s important to guide based on the requirements at hand.

5)      Use harmony – be aware of the qualities within the environment that will lead to your strength and power. A SharePoint victory is when that difficult situation has been resolved.

SharePoint Decision Making

In regard to SharePoint, several aspects are key in regard to decision making:

Learn all the facts in regard to the situation then make the best decision based on the available data. Example maybe having a hybrid set-up (on premise and cloud) makes sense for the organization.

Do your homework – get all the facts then research what others have done. Example maybe out of the box functionality can be utilized instead of custom coding.

Examine pros and cons – think about every angle for what is trying to be obtained then go with the best course of action. Pros and cons maybe return on investment, buy vs. build, etc.

Align resources with objectives – list of what needs done then decide best resources and setup time frames for work to be completed.
