- Before spending – organization dollars or allocating resources, these items should be answered:
- What is the risk? Think about what the investment will do to the overall health of the organization.
- Is the risk a high priority item? Is the financial benefit cost to outweigh the gain.
- What is time most cost-effective way to reduce the risk? The item may have risk that can be taken off the table by making an adjustment somewhere.
