The following aspects are needed to have proper influence and presence for SharePoint:
1) Set the vision for the company. Without a vision, people won't use the SharePoint platform.
2) Build a core SharePoint team by having people who have the right values and behaviors for SharePoint success.
3) Instill confidence in the SharePoint team and be available to answer concerns and questions.
4) Identify opportunities to strengthen to improve the overall SharePoint team.
5) Inspire, motivate, and guide the SharePoint team as needed.
