When first meeting with individuals on a SharePoint site/workflow, etc. The following are 6 key questions to ask right away in an initial intake 30-minute meeting:
- What is the problem?
- Who needs to see/edit/own content?
- How does any current process in place work and is it documented?
- When does the process take place and how often?
- Why is there a problem and what did it result in?
- What reporting aspects are needed to be known from the captured content/information?
