1) Time - how long is the project taking (estimated vs. actual)?
2) Cost - how much is the project costing?
3) Quality - is the output being produced as expected?
4) Resources - is the project using the correct resources during creation?
5) Change - monitor and track needed changes and features appropriability.
6) Risk - account for the risk as the project evolves from idea to live.
The following are three key SharePoint monitoring and control mechanisms for a project:
1) List and explain the reporting mechanisms, report formats, information flows, review and audit mechanisms, etc. to be utilized in the SharePoint project.
2) List and explain the measurement approach that will be utilized to measure success for the SharePoint project.
3) List the earned value aspects and thresholds for the SharePoint project.
