When first meeting with individuals on a SharePoint site/workflow, etc. The following are 6 key questions to ask right away in an initial intake 30-minute meeting:

  1. What is the problem?
  2. Who needs to see/edit/own content?
  3. How does any current process in place work and is it documented?
  4. When does the process take place and how often?
  5. Why is there a problem and what did it result in?
  6. What reporting aspects are needed to be known from the captured content/information?

Published item

Specific file, content or code-named item that is published.

 

Published items snapshot

Snapshot that contains only the published items. When zero published items are defined, the snapshot contains all published snapshot based items.

 

Published range

Published item that represents a range of cells.

 

Published sheet

Sheet that is published.

 

Published version

Version of a file, content, list or coded item that is approved and can be seen by all users. The user interface (UI) version number for a published version is incremented to the next positive version number.
