1) Collaboration - one needs to understand the SharePoint technologies in order to collaborate.
2) Advocacy - one needs to be a good SharePoint advocate for the technology.
3) Ethics - one needs to understand ethical issues and aspects of SharePoint.
4) Roadmap strategies - one need to keep up and be aware to implement or turn off SharePoint roadmap aspects.
5) Financial management - one need to be able to use the billing tools within M365 SharePoint to keep the environment licensed and functional as needed.
6) Educational policies and development - one needs to have the proper SharePoint educational aspects available to end users.
7) Applicable laws - one needs to be able to handle local, state and country laws related to SharePoint and one's business as needed/applicable.
